OurDream review: features, costs, memory and alternatives

Quick buying verdict

Best research fit: Detailed character generation with an unusually explicit Dreamcoin schedule. OurDream’s official help lists many separate Dreamcoin actions, allowing a clearer estimate than most competitor marketing pages. Its July 2026 Standard pricing guide gives $19.99 paid monthly or $119.88 annually (equivalent to $9.99 per month paid upfront), while the March 2026 rate card lists subscriber chats at zero coins in the standard mode and 1,000 Dreamcoins granted monthly. Those are historical documented US-dollar offers, not a guarantee of today’s checkout.

What the provider actually documents

A realistic first-session walkthrough

Decide whether you are primarily a chatter or a creator. For a user who wants ten minutes of calls plus six standard images and one five-second standard video each month, the published table implies 500 coins for calling, 30 for six standard images and 100 for video: 630 Dreamcoins before alternative models, revisions or extras. This fits within the documented 1,000-coin monthly subscriber grant under those assumptions. Change the usage pattern and calculate again rather than believing the base subscription tells the whole story.

Subscription, credits and true cost

A more intensive month—30 minutes of calls and four five-second standard videos—would use 1,500 + 400 = 1,900 coins, exceeding the example monthly grant by 900 before any other activity. Voice narration, special models, editing and video audio can add more. Coin quantities in this section are arithmetic illustrations based on official published rates and may change.

How it compares with nearby alternatives

OurDream is attractive to planners because many usage charges are documented. It is not automatically cheaper than Candy AI or Lovescape; both competing offers and individual usage mix matter. Heavy call or video use can be more significant than the discounted annual headline.

Four checks before you pay

1. Open the current Dreamcoin cost guide and compare its date to the checkout.
2. Write down how many minutes of calling and how many videos you realistically want.
3. Confirm whether your chosen model adds chat cost before assuming every response is free.
4. Compare monthly and annual cancellation and renewal conditions, including the upfront charge.

Important unknowns

We did not independently test conversation quality, image quality, security or factual memory retrieval. Feature descriptions come from first-party sources, not affiliate marketing screenshots. If a necessary capability is absent from official documentation, it is not graded as a failure or counted as confirmed.
